Tomorrow by Set It Off is a very inspirational song. It is basically saying that there is always another chance to make things right, and the whole "every end is a new beginning" deal. But I'm going to dig kinda deep into the lyrics.The first verse is basically saying that he knows it's okay to be alone sometimes, and that he can stand up for himself. Even if times seem bad, he can be the star that shines through the darkness. The pre-chorus is referring to the metaphor of the listener as a bird. They're gonna try to clip your wings, in other words, make it so you can't fly or have success. "They" being the people in life who bring you down, the antagonists. It says that people will use you, but you can persevere and if you believe you can, you can. The churns is full of hope. Tomorrow is a new day. There will always be a tomorrow. We are free to be who ever we want to be. There is always something good to come out of something bad. We are the authors of our lives, we hold the pen- nobody else does. We can't let people decide our future. We have to take a stand and realize we always have the choice to be happy. The second verse is basically saying that karma will get the people who hindered your success. One day you will be soaring, and they'll be stuck in their own misery. The bridge is saying that sometimes we get caught up with ourselves. We need to always be gaining different perspectives.
